Support
Help for Count & Sprout families and App Store reviewers.
Getting Started
Open Count & Sprout on iPad, create a local child profile, choose a garden plot, and solve seed puzzles to grow the garden.
Profiles and Progress
Profiles, optional parent-selected profile pictures, and game progress are stored locally on the device. Count & Sprout does not use accounts or cloud sync in the current release.
Parent Area
Parent-facing profile management, picture selection, progress reset, delete-all-local-data, feedback, and rating controls are kept behind a parent gate and outside the child-facing play loop. Deleting all local data returns the app to onboarding and does not revoke Apple-managed purchases.
Count Sprout Pro
Starter Garden is included. Count Sprout Pro unlocks Math Meadow and Puzzle Grove through a lifetime purchase, yearly subscription, or monthly subscription available only in the parent area. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or when using the same Apple Account on another supported iPad. Active subscribers can manage their subscription from Parent Settings.
Troubleshooting
- If progress does not appear, confirm the correct local profile is selected.
- If a puzzle feels stuck, return to the garden and open the plot again.
- If the app was deleted, local profiles and progress may also be removed from the device.
Report a Bug
Open Parent Settings in the app and choose Report a Bug to open the public Count & Sprout issue form on GitHub. Include the iPad model, iPadOS version, app version, and steps that reproduce the issue. Do not include a child’s name, profile picture, or other personal information.
Privacy
Count & Sprout has no ads, accounts, tracking, or analytics SDKs. Parent-gated Count Sprout Pro purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. Read the Privacy Policy for details about anonymous purchase-service data.
