Scan Tip is designed to make calculating, scanning, and reviewing a tip usable with the accessibility features built into iPhone and iPad.
Supported on iPhone and iPad
Voice Control
Buttons, text fields, toggles, and other native controls can be targeted with Voice Control.
Larger Text
Scan Tip uses SwiftUI text styles and system controls that respond to Dynamic Type.
Sufficient Contrast
Light and dark palettes use readable text, borders, icons, and control states together rather than color alone.
Dark Interface
The app provides a dark appearance for its screens, cards, menus, and controls.
Differentiate Without Color Alone
Labels, icons, values, borders, and text identify warnings, selections, totals, and actions in addition to color.
Reduced Motion
Scan Tip supports the system Reduce Motion setting for its animated interface changes.
Media features
Captions and audio descriptions are not applicable because the shipped iOS app contains no in-app video or spoken audio, and the marketing website uses static imagery.
