How do I steer?

Tap toward any edge of the board or swipe in the direction you want the snake to turn. Direct reversals are ignored so an accidental opposite input cannot fold the snake into itself.

How do I play in a browser?

Open the live browser game and use the arrow keys or W, A, S, and D to steer. Press Space or P to pause and R to restart. On a touch screen, swipe across the board or use the visible direction buttons.

Where are speed, color, and sound settings?

Open the gear button from the game header. Gridcoil saves your speed, theme, snake color, sound, and haptic choices on this device.

Why is Game Center not connected?

Game Center is optional. Local scores continue to work while signed out or offline, and pending high scores retry after a later sign-in.

Why did an ad not appear?

Ads are optional to the game flow and may be unavailable because of consent, connectivity, fill, or release configuration. Gridcoil never requires an ad to begin another round.
